History
 
The village is located on the northeastern side of Armenia. It was established about 200 years ago. The majority of the population came here from Karabakh. The majority of houses as well as administrative and cultural premises have been damaged due to bombardment (the most damaged village being in the republic). The community is included in the list of Rural Enterprises and Small Trade Agriculture Development Program (World Bank), and in the case of getting included in the list of beneficiaries by the commission of the marz, it will be possible to make investments in the development of the communitys infrastructure (roads, irrigation and drinking water, gasification, electricity etc.).
