History
The village is located on the Yeraskh-Yeghegnadzor highway, on the gentle and sunny-side slope of Urtsi Mountains. Paruyr Sevak was established in 1978. Drinking water is brought from the springs lying in some kilometers away from Urtsi mountains.

Completed
ASIF carried out construction of the irrigation pipeline, Local Government Training and provision of school furniture (15 units).
The Armenian Educational Foundation donated funds for the reconstruction of the school building in 2000.
