General Information: Renovation and refurbishment of community centers according to modern standards is a key part of the social infrastructure component of the Rural Development Program. All the villages lack public locations where members of a community may gather for group activities, social support, public information and other purposes. The only gathering places are individual households, which cannot serve as a community uniting factor. To ensure the members of the communities have decent social life, the restored community centers are to include a library, an internet access point, etc.

Aknaghbyur
Current situation: Although there is already a community center building, it is in such dire condition that it could not be renovated.

Area to be repaired: Under the proposed project, the building to be built will house the community center as well as the community administration and will have a total area of around 400 m2.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 280 days.

Ditavan
Current situation: The community center building is in very bad condition and needs to be reinforced and renovated.

Area to be repaired: The total area of the community center is about 300 m2.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 152 days.

Lusadzor
Current situation: The building is damaged and needs strengthening.

Area to be repaired: The total area of the building is about 200 m2.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 144 days.

Azatamut
Current situation: The community center needs renovation, the roof of the building and the interior are in poor condition.

Area to be repaired: The total area of the building is about 2420 m2.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 300 days.

Khashtarak
Current situation: The current two-storey building has a total area of 1,000 m2.

Primary renovations: The building should not only be reinforced and fully refurbished, but should also include the construction of a new heating system.

Duration: The total duration of the project is around 188 days.

Lusahovit
Area to be repaired: Under the proposed project, the cultural center building will be constructed with total area of around 200 m2. The building will either be one storey or two.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 200 days.
