General Information: All the community administration buildings in the Khashtarak cluster communities are in need of full restoration. The repair projects are to ensure the proper local governance function. So as to efficiently manage the communities, the buildings need to be fully reequipped. The community administration offices are currently located in worn down Soviet era buildings, which were not designed to host an administrative entity. The administration office is to include an internet access point and have a proper telecommunication capacity.

Aknaghbyur
Current situation: The current two-storey building is located outside of the community and the first floor is being used as a residential area for refugees.

Primary renovations: It is necessary to build a new building in the center of the community.

Area to be repaired: Under the proposed project, a community administration will located in the same building as the community center and will have a total area of around 400 m2.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 200 days.

Ditavan
Current situation: The current community administration is located in a building with a total area of 326 m2.

Primary renovations: Under the proposed project, the building should be fully refurbished and a heating system should be constructed.

Area to be repaired: The total area to be renovated under the purposed project is 326 m2.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 150 days.

Lusadzor
Current situation: The current community administration is located in a two-storey building.

Primary renovations: The building should be fully renovated and a new heating system should be installed.

Area to be repaired: The total area of the building is 110 m2.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 100 days

Khashtarak
Current situation: Under the proposed project, the community administration building will be fully reconstructed.

Primary renovations: Since the current building is in poor condition, it needs major renovation. Additionally, a new heating system should be installed.

Area to be repaired: The total area of the building is 700 m2.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 150 days.

Lusahovit
Current situation: The current community administration is a two-storey building, which is in poor condition.

Area to be repaired: The total area of the building is 230 m2.

Duration: Approximate duration of the construction phase is around 100 days.
