General Information: All the community administration buildings in the Lori cluster communities are in need of full restoration. The repair projects are to ensure the proper local governance function. So as to efficiently manage the communities, the buildings need to be fully reequipped. The community administration offices are currently located in worn down Soviet era buildings, which were not designed to host an administrative entity. The administration office is to include an internet access point and have a proper telecommunication capacity.

Apaven

Current situation: The building of the community administration is damaged beyond repair.

Solution : It is logically and financially feasible to establish a new 250-300 m 2 structure that would include buildings of the community administration and the community center.

Artsni

Current situation : The community administration building was built in 1962 and is located in one story building (13 x16 m). The first floor of the building is occupied by a health point, a store and an event hall. The second floor is the administration office area. The building needs repair.

The heating will be done with natural gas, using small scale heating utilities. The external walls of the building need to be strengthened.

Area to be repaired : The reconstruction will include 300 m 2 of the community administration premises.

Dzyunashogh

Current situation : The current community administration is located in one- story building which is in poor condition. It is necessary to build a new building which will also include area for the health care point.

Area to be repaired : The total area to be renovated is 160-180 m 2.

Dzoramut

Current situation : The community administration building was built in the 60s and is a stone two story building with the capacity of accommodating the community administration, the community center and the health care point.

Primary renovations : The building needs major reconstruction and planning modifications. The floors need to be replaced. The first story walls have been damaged by moisture and need to be water isolated. The roof of the building needs to be changed along with the doors and windows. The walls and the ceilings also need to undergo renovation. New sanitary units need to be installed along with a heating system for which a boiler room has to be built.

Area to be repaired : The total area of the building is around 840 m 2.

Gogavan

Current situation : The community does not have community administration, community center and health care pointand a new building needs to be built to accommodate all these facilities.

Paghaghbyur

Current situation : The community administration building was built in the 70s and is located in one story building (12.5 x21m). The main walls are in good condition. The building needs major reconstruction.

Primary renovations : The roof, wooden floor, doors and windows are in poor condition and need renovation. The building needs a heating system, internal and external renovation.

Area to be repaired : The total area of the building is around 220 m 2.
