The major events of the Fund are the Board of Trustees meeting, the annual telethon and the “President of the Republic of Armenia Prize”.
The funds’ financial resources are obtained through a variety of fundraising activities including annual telethons , phoneathons, radiothons, benefit bike rides, gala dinners, concerts, and exhibitions, donations made at post offices in Armenia or through SMS. The annual telethon reports on global fundraising totals for the year, familiarizes supporters with newly completed and ongoing projects, and rallies the worldwide Armenian community around an overarching development objective. Amounts raised at the Telethon are directed to the implementation of a comprehensive strategic project approved by the Board of Trustees.

The “President of the Republic of Armenia Prize”, established in 2001 through the sponsorship of the Boghossian Foundation is annually granted to successful junior and senior candidates of art, culture and science. The prize awarding ceremony takes place at the Residence of the Armenian President who hands out the prizes himself and congratulates the winners.
