A community center in Karmir ShukaIn a few months the Karmir Shuka village of Artsakh’s Martuni region will have a unique two-storey center accomodating the community’s medical clinic, a ceremony hall, a library, a computer lab and the mayor’s office, which will serve the community’s various needs.For two years now the Hayastan Fund’s French affiliate sponsors construction of the much-needed community centers in Artsakh’s villages.
Thanks to the Fund’s efforts, the community of around 1060 has also regular water-suppy and a good village road /North-South highway/ .
