Construction of Vardenis-Martakert Highway to begin in January 2014
The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund has signed contracts with the companies which had won bids for the construction of the Vardenis-Martakert Highway. The names of the winning firms, which had submitted tenders through an open competition, were announced following the tender on December 9 and 10.

The first phase of the construction project, comprising earthworks, is set to start in January 2014. This and all subsequent phases will be carried out within specified time frames and throughout the 72-mile length of the future highway, in contrast with the approach of completing one segment at a time.

The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund continues to accept donations. You can make a contribution:

1 in person, at the fund’s executive offices in Yerevan (Government building 3),
2 by making a wire transfer to one of the fund’s bank accounts (visit himnadram.org for more information), or
3 online, at donate.himnadram.org
