President of the Republic Prize is financed by Boghossian Foundation (France).
The Prize consisting of a Diploma, Medal (together with its certificate), and money award in the amount of $5,000 will be awarded each year to the author (as a rule - citizen of the Republic of Armenia) having made valuable creations and inventions in eight different disciplines:
• Natural Sciences
• Technical Sciences & Information Technologies
• Physics
• Medical Sciences
• Art (including architecture, fine arts, theatre, cinema, photo, arts theory and other kinds of art)
• Literature
• Humanities
• Activities & Projects Promoting the Development and Spreading of Humanistic Values.

Creations, theoretical and practical works already implemented– published (books, articles, etc); performed (theatre, film, video), exhibited (painting, sculpture, installation, photo), accomplished (social and humanitarian actions, etc) – within three years (2007-2009) are eligible.


The textbooks and methodic guidelines cannot be submitted for the Prizes.

The applicant can submit his work by himself, or through any person or organization acting in the field.

The applications are accepted from December 1, 2009 to January 29, 2010.
