On October 12-13 the Canadian local committees in Montreal and Toronto celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Fund. They took also fund raising measures. The NKR National Assembly Chairman Oleg Esayan and the Funds Deputy director Samvel Engoyan participated at the ceremony as honorable guests. Ara Papyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia was also present at the ceremony.

On September 8, the water main of Lernapat village(Lori marz) was inaugurated..

On August 22 the ceremony of the Stepanakert polyclinics foundation took place. The NKR President Arkadi Ghukasyan, Parliament Speaker Oleg Esayan, Prime Minister Anushavan Danielyan, Health Care Minister Zoya Lazaryan, Hayastan Funds Executive Director Vahan Ter-Ghevondyan, Vice-president of the USA East Coast Local Committee Gevorg Toroyan, benefactor George Baghumyans family, medical staff and town population were present at the ceremony.

In the last decade under the radical changes Armenia found itself in an extremely difficult socio-economic situation, which brought to birthrate decrease and emigration in the country.

The project is initiated by the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund along with the Armenian Women NGOs Board. The goal of the project is to raise birthrate and further maternity and childhood health care in Armenia. The project started by the press conference on 31 May, at the Academy of Sciences, where the program goals, implementation stages and ways were discussed.

On May 21-26, the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund celebrated its 10th anniversary. Simultaneously, the meeting of the Board of Trustees was held in Yerevan with the trustees, representatives of local committees, and benefactors of the Fund taking part.

The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund completed one more project for the Argentinean Republic school of Yerevan financed by the Boghos Arzoumanian Foundation the construction of a new heating system including a gas-pipeline of about 800 meters, a new boiler house, and an internal heating system.
In 1968, the Argentinean-Armenian benefactor Boghos Arzoumanian established the Armenio Argentina college in Buenos Aires where the Argentinean children along with general subjects study the history and culture of Armenia.

Last year, 45 businessmen and manufacturers of Armenia financed the construction of 3 residential buildings in Spitak through the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. This was the first large-scale participation of Armenias businessmen in the Funds projects.
