Posted on November 11, 2013
Hayastan All Armenian Fund launched the construction of a community center in Khantsk, a village in Artsakh’s Askeran region. The center will serve the community’s 220 members. The multifunctional community center will encompass the mayor’s office, a health clinic, a library, an events hall and a computer lab.
Sponsored by the Fund’s Montreal affiliate, government of NKR.

Khantsk is one of the oldest settlements of Artsakh (khans’ residence), where Vardapet church built in the 12th century still stands. The community school has 24 students now.
